Environmental consulting

Význam ekologických dopadů do činnosti průmyslových i jiných společností roste každým rokem.

V souladu s platnou legislativou (zákon 100/2001 Sb. v platném znění) tedy zajišťujeme vlastními autorizovanými odborníky i posuzování vlivu na životní prostředí včetně zpracování dokumentace EIA.

Areas that we focus primarily on in our consulting activities are as follows:

  • Surface treatments – general
  • Management of water for surface treatments
  • Waste management – general
  • Air protection
  • Health protection
  • Hazardous chemicals

Surface treatment projects

Surface treatment sets are among the operations with environmental burdens. The same is true for the most common operations such as paint shops and galvanizing shops. Elimination of these negative impacts on air, water, work environment hygiene etc. is the responsibility of those interested in their operation from the very beginning of accepting the idea of building them.

The Construction Act (No. 283/2021 Sb., as amended) as well as the Air Protection Act, the Water Act and the Waste Act require the design preparation of these sets in several stages and their processors must have a special competence for this activity.

Our company has such authorizations within the meaning of valid legislation and is therefore a suitable partner for those interested in realization of preparatory phases of construction of surface treatment plants, including environmental impact assessment (EIA processing).

Service activities

Service activities

The surface treatment operations as well as the metal chip processing operations have their specifics given by the corrosive stress of the equipment by the chemicals used (in the case of galvanizing plants) and by the abrasion caused by the contact of materials during metal chip processing.

Even when using the best available material grades to optimize the price/performance ratio, both result in the gradual wear-out of individual components and the need to repair or replace them.

In the case of fast-wearing parts, this is in some cases a matter of time shorter than the warranty period.

To prevent unplanned outages of the equipment, preventive service activities, including scheduling of service periods according to the number of operating hours monitoring and operative contact with operators based on remote connection to the equipment and diagnostics to determine the failure and its supposed cause, are introduced. Consequently, determining possible remedies by user maintenance or by planning a service technician’s trip with the necessary equipment.
